Highlights from Black Tie & Tennis Shoes

Entering this month of gratitude, we want to say a huge thank YOU to our amazing COBS community for a fabulous Black Tie and Tennis Shoes this year!

Not only did people look good in their favorite kicks, but we were able to support our students at record levels. Together, we raised more than $284,000 to sustain our students and our mission as we transition into 2019. Check out some of our favorite moments from the event here and our amazing sponsors here.

From individuals raising those paddles and buying sweet trips in the live auction to guests bidding on some awesome outdoor gear to generous businesses and families who sponsor the event, it truly takes a community. Even our delightful meal and drinks were contributions! As we work to double the size of our scholarship program and serve more students, every dollar makes a difference.

If you didn’t make the event this year, never fear. We’ll be hosting again next fall! It’s also never too late to give. Please consider a gift to COBS during this giving season. Donations can be scheduled today for Colorado Gives Day where every dollar donated receives part of the $1M incentive fund.
